3. 대상 : 과정별 2023년 8월 졸업자 및 2024년 2월 졸업예정자
4. 행사 안내
1) 졸업생 안내
o 행사 당일 12:20~12:50 아래 장소에서 출석체크 및 행사 안내 후 행사장 행렬 입장
o 학사 : 정문술 빌딩(E16)
o 석사 : 대강당(E15)
o 박사 : 디지털 인문 사회과학부 시청각실(N4)
2) 학위수여식 참석 방법
o 신청 방법 : 학위복 대여 기간(‘24년 2월 6일, 7일, 13일, 14일)에 대강당 세미나실에서 학위복을 배부할 예정이며, 대여 신청서 양식(학위복 대여시 배부)에 학위수여식 참석 여부를 O, X로 표시
※ 졸업 정산보고서에 표시한 학위수여식 참석 여부와 무관하게 학위복 대여 기간에 학위복을 대여하고 신청서에 학위수여식 참석 의사를 밝힌 졸업생만 행사에 참석 가능
3) 학위복 대여와 반납
o 학위복 대여 : 2024년 2월 6일, 7일, 13일, 14일, 10:00∼17:00
o 학위복 반납 : 2024. 2. 16. (금) 행사종료시~19:00 / 2. 17. (토) 10:00∼17:00
o 대여/반납 장소 : 대강당 (E15) 1층 세미나실
o 학위복 대여료
- 납부 기간 : 2024. 2. 6. (화)∼2. 14. (수)
- 대여료 : 10,000원
- 입금 계좌 : 우체국, 312512-01-000015 (예금주 : 한국과학기술원)
o 유의 사항
- 학위복 대여료는 반드시 졸업생 본인 명의로 입금하여야 함
- 학위복 대여 시 1. 신분증, 2. 입금내역 화면 확인 필수
- 대여기간 이외에는 학위복을 대여하지 않음
※ 학위복 대리 수령: 1. 대리인 신분증, 2. 신청인 신분증(사본 또는 원본), 3. 입금내역 화면 지참
※ 학위기 수령 – 학위수여식 참석자: 행사 당일 배부
– 학위수여식 미참석자: 2. 26. (월) 이후 개별 학과에서 수령 예정
4) 졸업생 동반 가족 안내 사항
o 행사장 내 안전을 고려해, 음식물 섭취를 금지하고 있으며, 졸업생 1명당 행사장에 입장할 수 있는 동반 가족 수를 최대 2인으로 제한하오니 양해를 부탁드립니다.
※ 입장이 제한된 동반 가족은 대강당(E15)에서 중계 화면으로 관람이 가능
o 동반 가족에 대한 입장권은 학위복 대여 기간에 배부할 예정이며, 행사 당일 반드시 입장
권을 지참해야 입장이 가능합니다.
o 동반 가족들은 13:30까지 학위수여식장에 입장하셔서 졸업생 행렬 입장 시 박수로 축하해주시기 바랍니다.

Notice for February 2024 Commencement Ceremony
1. Date/Time : Feb. 16 (Fri), 2024, 12:30~16:30
2. Place : Lyu Keun-Chul Sports Complex (N3)
3. Participants : Those who graduated in Aug. 2023 or are expected to graduate in Feb. 2024
4. Instructions for participants
1) Graduate Information
o Check-in and event guidance at the designated locations from 12:20 PM to 12:50 PM on the event day
o Bachelor's: Chung Moon Sool B/D (E16)
o Master's: Auditorium (E15)
o Ph.D.: A/V Room, School of Digital Humanities & Computaltional Social Science B/D(N4))
2) Attendance Procedure
o Application Method: Graduates will receive their academic gowns at the Main Auditorium Seminar Room during the gown rental period (February 6, 7, 13, 14). Indicate your attendance at the commencement ceremony on the gown rental application form (distributed during gown pickup) by marking 'O' or 'X.‘
※ Regardless of the attendance status marked on the Graduation Clearance Report, only graduates who rented academic gowns during the gown rental period and indicated their intention to attend the ceremony on the application form can participate.
3) Graduation Gown Rental and Return
o Gown Pickup: February 6, 7, 13, 14, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
o Gown Return: February 16 (Friday) after the event until 7:00 PM / February 17 (Saturday) 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
o Rental/Return Location: Auditorium (E15) 1st Floor Seminar Room
o Gown Rental Fee
- Payment Period: February 6 (Tuesday) – February 14 (Wednesday)
- Rental Fee: KRW 10,000
- Deposit Account: Post Office, 312512-01-000015 (Account Holder: 한국과학기술원)
o Notes
- The gown rental fee must be deposited in the graduate's name.
- Mandatory documents during gown pickup: 1. ID, 2. Confirmation of payment
- Academic gowns will not be rented outside the designated period.
※ Proxy pickup: 1. Proxy's ID, 2. Applicant's ID (copy or original), 3. Confirmation of payment
※ Academic certificates distribution
- For ceremony attendees: Distributed on the event day
- For non-attendees: Available for individual department pickup from February 26 (Monday) onwards
4) Guidelines for families accompanying graduates
o Considering venue safety, food consumption is prohibited. The maximum number of accompanying family members per graduate is limited to 2 for entrance.
o Family members with restricted entry can watch the event via a live screen in the Main Auditorium (E15).
o Entrance tickets for accompanying family members will be distributed during the gown rental period. Entry is only permitted with the ticket on the event day.
o Accompanying family members should enter the degree conferral ceremony venue by 1:30 PM to applaud the graduates during the procession.
