생명공학 분야에서 대학원과정을 수료/졸업하셨거나 졸업을 앞두고 계신 분 중 박사후 연구원을 Singapore에 있는 Duke-NUS Medical School에 위치한 저희 연구실에서 모집하고 있습니다. 저희는 여러가지 모델 시스템을 이용해서, 뇌질환의 연인과 치료를 목적으로 연구하고 있으며, 특별히 iPSC에서 제작한 신경세포와 뇌오가노이드를 이용해서 여러가지 뇌질환을 연구하고 있습니다.

key resposiilities
* Participate in innovative research aimed at understanding the role of genetic aberration in rare neural disorders (syndromic autism, familial Parkinson's disease, familial Alzheimer's diseases, and other rare neural disorders).
* Focus on developing protocols to generate specifix subtypes of human-induced neurons and brain organoids with single-cell genomics and functional validation.
* Perform data analysis, annotation, protocol (IRB/IACUC/GMAC) preperation, pathway analysis, visualization, and machine-learning-based imaging and data analysis.
* Attend and participate in institutional programs, seminars, and lab meetings.
Education :
Ph.D in cell biology, stem cell biology, neuroscience, chemistry, or other related fields.
Experience :
Excellent cell culture skills.
Background in hESCs and iPSCs.
Experience in stem cell biology and CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing. CRISPRa or CRISPRi based screening is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to be a leading author in peer-reviewed publications.
Work well in a interdisciplinary team of scientists.
Self-motivated and collaborative.
