2016학년도 가을학기 강의평가(웹) 시행 안내

2016학년도 가을학기 강의평가(웹)를 아래와 같이 시행하오니 학생 여러분들은 이번 학기에 수강한 교과목에 대해 소정의 기간 내에 반드시 강의평가가 이루어 질 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바라며, 아울러 강의평가는 비밀이 철저하게 지켜지므로 성심 성의껏 응답하여 주시기 바랍니다.

강의평가는 교과목에 대한 강의의 질적 수준 향상을 도모하기 위한 하나의 수단이며, 학생들은 공개된 강의평가 결과를 보고 수준 높은 강의를 들을 수 있는 교과목 선택권을 부여 받게 됩니다.

그러나 강의평가결과는 응답률이 60% 이상일 경우에만 학생들에게 공개되고 있으니, 강의평가 공개를 통해 과목 수강에 도움을 받기 위해선 일정수준의 응답자가 확보되어야만 합니다.

또한 강의평가 결과는 교수님의 인사자료 및 강의대상 수상자 선정의 기초자료로 활용되고 있으며, 인센티브 및 교수님 평가와 대우교수님들 재계약과도 관련될 수 있는 매우 중요한 자료입니다. 따라서 이점 유념하시여 학생 여러분의 신중하고 성실한 평가를 부탁드리며 소중한 평가의 기회를 놓치지 않기를 부탁드립니다.

1. 대상과목 : 2016년 가을학기에 개설된 모든 교과목

2. 평가 제외과목

- 경영대학 개설과목

- 연구과목(논문연구, 인턴십프로그램 및 연구, 개별연구, 논문세미나 등),

윤리 및 안전, 타대학 개설과목

3. 평가방법 : Web으로 강의평가(설문조사) 실시

4. 실시기간 : 2016. 11. 28.(월) 10:00 ~ 2016. 12. 9.(화) 23:59 (12일간)

5. 실시절차

※ 포탈 ‘학사시스템’ 메뉴 PC : 강의평가 → 기말 강의평가 → 각 수강과목 클릭 → 설문항 체크 → 확인 Mobile : 수업/수강 → 기말 강의평가 → 각 수강과목 클릭 → 설문항 체크 → 확인 ※ 강의평가를 실시한 과목에 한하여 성적게시기간 동안 성적을 확인할 수 있음.

6. 설문문항 : 9개 문항(‘종합적인 의견’란 작성 포함)

                       7. 주의사항 : 강의평가를 기간 내에 하지 않는 과목에 대해서는 성적게시기간동안 성적을 열람 할 수 없습니다.

NOTICE : Fall 2016 Course Evaluation

 

We would like to notify you that an online course evaluation for Fall 2016 will be conducted. We will greatly appreciate it if you evaluate the course you have taken this semester within the given period of time; your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential, so please feel free to give your honest and detailed opinions.

Course evaluations are done in such a way as to enhance the quality of courses, and the results will help students in choosing quality courses. The evaluation results of a course are currently open to students only when more than 60% of all students taking the course in the evaluation. For this reason, securing more than a certain number of participants is essential to open the results of the course evaluation and help students in choosing suitable courses.

Course evaluation results are also being utilized as basic data for the personnel management of professors and the selection of Best Lecturer Award winners, as well as possible reappointment of part-time faculties. We ask for your active and sincere participation in the current course evaluations. Your opinions count.

Below are details of how course evaluations will be conducted:

 

1. Courses to be evaluated : All courses given in Fall 2016

2. Courses not subject to evaluate :

- All courses given in College of Management(Survey has been done already.)

- Research courses (e.g. dissertation research, internship program and exercise, individual research, seminars for dissertation, and so on)

- Ethics & Safety

- Courses open in other universities

3. Evaluation method : Online survey

4. Period : November 28(Mon.), 2016 10:00 through December 9(Fri.), 2016 23:59 (for 12 days)

5. Procedure

※ 'Academic System' menu on the portal site. PC : Course Evaluation → Final Course Evaluation → Click each of the courses taken → Check questions → Confirm Mobile : Class Enrolment → Final Course Evaluation → Click each of the courses taken → Check questions → Confirm ※ You cannot review the assessments of courses that remain unevaluated.

6. Number of questions: 9 ("Overall Opinion" included)

7. Caution: Students who have not participated in the course evaluation cannot review the assessments during the period for grade revision and posting.
