2020. 8. 30일부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합포함) 학생의 재학년한 연장(1년) 승인여부 심의(학사·연구심의위원회)를 위하여 아래와 같이 안내하오니,

연장신청 대상 학생들은 재학년한 연장신청서를 2020년 6월 19일(금)까지 학과사무실로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

1. 재학년한 산정 기준  

 

구분	석사	박사	통합(박)
2009학번부터	3년 (6학기)	5년(10학기)	6년(12학기)

 단, 휴학기간은 재학년한에 산입하지 않음.

 ※ 재학년한 연장을 2회 모두 사용한 경우 이번학기에 졸업하지 않으면 제적 대상임.

 

2. 재학년한 연장 횟수 및 기간 : 신청자 대상으로 2회에 한하여 1년씩 연장 가능.

Title : Notification on Application for Extension of Prescribed Time Limit for Graduate Students

 

Graduate students (PhD, integrated MS-PhD) whose prescribed time limit expires as of August 30, 2020 may apply for an extension subject to approval by the Academic/Research Review Committee.

Those students should submit the Application for Extension of Prescribed Time Limit Formby June 19(Fri.), 2020 to the BS Department office.

 

1. Academic Period

 

Student Number	MS	PhD	Integrated(PhD)
Student Number 2009 or after	3 Yr(6th semester)	5 Yr(10th semester)	6 Yr (12th semester)

* Excluding the leave of absence period

* If you have used both the 2 times extension, you must graduate this semester.  Otherwise you will be expelled. 

 

2. Extension Period and Frequency: 1 year can be extended 2 times.
