2021년 2월 학위수여식 행사 안내문
1. 일시 : 2021. 2. 19(금), 14:00～
※ 코로나19 상황에 따라 일정, 장소 및 진행방식 등이 변경될 수 있음

2. 장소 : 1) 학사 : 대강당(E15)
2) 석사 : 창의학습관 터만홀(E11)
3) 박사 : 학술문화관 정근모홀(E9)
3. 대상 : 2020년 8월 졸업자 및 2021년 2월 졸업예정자
4. 진행방식 : 오프라인 및 실시간 생중계 병행
5. 학위수여식 오프라인 참석 대상자 선정 방법 : 학사시스템의 졸업관리시스템
졸업정산보고서에 입력한 참석 신청자를 대상으로 무작위 추첨하여 개별 통보 예정.
※ 코로나19 단계별 행사 집합 가능 인원을 감안하여 각 단계별 참석 인원을 제한
선발 예정임.
6. 학위수여식 참석여부 통보
o 신청방법 : 학사시스템 → 졸업관리시스템 → 졸업정산보고서 입력내용 중
“학위수여식 참석여부” 선택 후 저장
o 제출기한 : 2020년 12월 31일(목)까지
※ 2021년 2월 졸업예정자 중 제출기한 이후 학위수여식 참석여부 변경은 2021년1월08일(금)까지
학생지원팀(이진순, jsleecloud9@kaist.ac.kr)으로 별도 연락 후 변경가능(이후 변경불가)
※ 2020년 8월 졸업자의 학위수여식 참석여부는 졸업시점에 제출된 졸업정산보고서 입력내용을
기준으로 학생지원팀에서 별도 조사예정(2020년 12월말∼2021년 1월초)
7. 졸업생 학위복 대여 및 반납 : 학위복 대여료는 무료이며, 추후 세부내용 공지
8. 포토존 운영 : 코로나19 상황에 따라 추후 공지
9. 포털 시스템상 현 주소지 확인 및 정정
o 졸업식 안내 우편물 발송을 위해 시스템에 등록된 주소지를 확인하시고 현주소지로
정정하여 주시기 바랍니다.(2020년 12월 말까지 변경)
10. 전문연구요원 관련사항
o 의무복무기간이 남아있는 졸업생은 3개월 이내 학생지원팀에서 당연전직에 필요한
안내를 받으시기 바랍니다.

Notice for 2021 Commencement Ceremony
1. Date/Time : Feb. 19 (Fri), 2021, 12:30~16:30
※ The schedule, venue, the way, etc. may be changed depending
on the COVID-19(we will inform you later in case of change)
2. Venue : 1) Bachelor’s Degree : Auditorium(E15)
2) Master’s Degree : Terman Hall(E11, Creative Learning Building 1st floor)
3) Doctoral Degree : Jeong Geun-mo Conference Hall
(E9 , Academic Cultural Complex 5th floor)
3. Participants : Those who graduated in Aug. 2020 or are expected to graduate in Feb. 2021
4. Progress : Offline and real-time live broadcast concurrently
6. Notification of the Final Attendees
○ Submission Deadline : December 31, 2020(Thur)
※ Those who graduated in Feb. 2021 can change the commencement ceremony attendance status by sending an email to Student Affairs Team (Jin soon Lee, jsleecloud9@kaist.ac.kr) until Jan. 8 (Fri), 2021. After the date, it cannot be changed.
※ The attendance of those who graduated in Aug. 2020 will be checked based on the submitted Clearance form by the Student Affairs Team.
(Submission period : from late December 2020 to early January 2021)
7. Graduation Gown Rental fee: Free (Details will be noticed later)
8. Photo zone Operation : It will be informed later according to the COVID-19 stage
9. Please confirm and correct current Address on KAIST Portal System until the end of this year, 2020, for receiving the 2021 Commencement Ceremony materials.
10. Matters concerning Technical Research Personnel
○ Graduates with remaining mandatory technical research personnel service period should receive guidance from the Student Affairs Team within 3 months.
