각 과정 자퇴 및 제적 학생에 대한 2013학년도 가을학기 재입학 지원 신청 절차를 아래와 같이 안내 합니다.
= 아 래 =
가. 재입학 대상 : 학사 및 석,박사과정 학생중 자퇴, 제적자
나. 재입학원 제출기한 :
- 학생 제출기간 : 2013. 06. 21(금)까지 학과/전공 사무실에 제출
- 학과/전공 심사기간 : 2013. 06. 24(월) - 06. 28(금)
- 학과/전공 심사결과 학적팀 제출 : 2013. 07. 05(금)까지
다. 재입학 신청 자격
- 자퇴 또는 제적일로부터 3년이 경과되지 않은 자. 단, 재학년한만료로 인해 제적 된 자는 제외함.
※ 재입학 지원가능기간(3년이내)내에는 군복무기간 및 장기간 요양을 필요로 하는 질병치료기간은 산입하지 않음.(관련증빙자료 첨부)
- 재입학은 자퇴 또는 제적일이 속하는 학기를 포함하여 2학기가 경과 되어야함.

마. 학과/전공에서의 재입학 심의 추천
지도교수, 학과장/전공책임교수, 학과/전공내 교수1인을 포함한 3인으로 구성된
심의위원회 또는 학과/전공 관련위원회에서 지도교수의 의견서, 면학계획서 등을 참고하여 재입학 신청자의 수학능력여부, 잔여재학기간 내 졸업가능여부 등을 종합 심사하여 추천하고, 학사과정 학생의 경우, 학생지원본부장이 학과/전공에서 추천된 재입학지원자를 면담심사한 후 심사결과에 대하여 학생처장이 학사,연구심 의위원회에서 결과를 발표함.
※ 자퇴, 제적 당시 학사과정 무학과 학생은 신청(예정) 학과/전공의 심의를 받아야 함.
바. 재입학지원서류

사. 기타 재입학 관련사항
- 기 취득한 학점은 별도의 인정 절차 없이 성적표에 기재된 모든 학점(성적)을 그대로 인정함.
- 재입학자의 졸업 이수요건은 처음 입학당시의 해당요건을 적용함.
- 재입학자의 재학기간은 각 과정에 처음 입학한 날로 부터 기산함.
- 학사경고에 의해 제적된 후 재입학한 학생이 재차 학사경고를 받을시 제적됨.
- 자격시험 불합격으로 인해 제적된 후 재입학한 학생은 재입학 후 1년 이내에 자격시험에 합격하여야 하며, 이 기간이 경과하여도 합격하지 못한 학생에 대하 여는 제적함.(단, 휴학시는 1학기에 한하여 휴학 기간 제외)
- 재입학은 1회에 한하며 원 학년 이하에 허가 할 수 있음.
- 재입학자의 납입금은 "납입금 징수규정에"에 의거 납부하여야 함.

Eligibility for
Readmission

Within 3 years from
the date of dropout or expulsion. This does not include students who have been
expelled due to expiry of academic period.
* The suspension
period (3 years) does not include time taken for military service or medical
treatment (attach supporting documents)

Readmission is
possible after 2 semesters including the semester of dropping out or expulsion.

E. Recommendation for Readmission by Department
The reviewing committee or department-related committee will evaluate the candidate based on his or her academic capacity and possibility of graduation within the remaining number of semesters by taking into consideration his or her academic plan as well as the opinion of the advisor professor. For undergraduates, the recommended candidate will be interviewed and the Dean of Student Affairs and Policy will announce the result at the Academic and Research Review Committee.
※ Students who did not belong to any department at the time of dropping out or expulsion are reviewed by a department of choice.

G. Others
- Previously earned credits will be acknowledged without a separate procedure.
- Requirements for graduation at the date of first admission still apply
- The number of enrolled semesters is counted from the date of the first admission
- Students who have been expelled upon receiving an academic warning will be expelled for the second time if they receive an academic warning again.
- Students expelled for failing the qualification exam must pass the exam within 1 year of readmission and will be expelled if the requirements are not met. (This period may be extended up to 1 semester if the candidate takes a leave of absence)
- Students can be readmitted only once and will be accepted to the original academic year.
- Tuition for readmitted students follow regular tuition fees.
