학칙 제65조 제4항에 의거 2013.08.31부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생의 재학년한 연장 승인여부 심의(학사·연구심의위원회)를 위한 신청절차를 아래와 같이 안내하오니 대상 학생들은 반드시 기한내에 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 대 상 : 2013.08.31부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함)
학생의 재학년한 연장신청이 가능한 자(2013.08월 졸업예정자는 제외).

In accordance with Article 65, Paragraph
4 of Academic Regulations, we notify the details on the application for
extension of academic period for the graduate and Ph.D. (integrated course
included) students whose academic year expires on Aug 31, 2013.
1. Applicability: Graduate and Ph.D.
students whose academic period expires on Aug 31, 2013) and who are eligible to
apply for an extension (prospective graduates of August 2013 are excluded)

6. Notes
- Each department and major are requested to guide the potential applicants to
get approval for extension of academic period within the deadline.
- The 2008-3th Academic and Research Review Committee has decided not to accept
the applications after the application period (2008.3.14). Therefore, each
department and major is requested to help the corresponding students submit the
application within the deadline.
