2. 위와 관련, 2022년 학위수여식(2022.2.18)과 연계하여 운영 예정이었으나, 코로나19

 확산으로 연기되었던 포토존 운영을 단계적 일상회복으로 추진함에 따라, 졸업의

소중한 추억을 담을수 있도록 학위복 대여 및 포토존을 한시적으로 운영 시행합니다.

□ 2022년 KAIST 학위수여식 포토존 운영 개요

1. 이용 대상 : 2021년 8월 및 2022년 2월 졸업생

(학생별 가족 포함 10인 이내 가능)

2. 운영 기간 : 6일(사전신청 필수)

1차) 2022.5.14(토)~5.15(일), 2일간(주말 포함)

    2차) 2022.5.21(토)~5.22(일), 2일간(주말 포함)

    3차) 2022.5.28(토)~5.29(일), 2일간(주말 포함)

3. 운영 시간 : 오전 10시 ~ 오후 6시

학위복 대여 마감시간 : 당일 오후 4시 까지

4. 포토존 운영 장소

1) 실내 장소 : 스포츠컴플렉스(N3) 1층 또는 2층 주무대

2) 실외 장소 : 스포츠컴플렉스 주변

본관 앞 KAIST 로고 포토존 주변

오리연못 주변

5. 학위복 대여

1) 대여시간 : 당일 오전 10시 ~ 오후 4시

2) 대여장소 : 스포츠컴플렉스 1층 또는 2층 실내 포토존 설치 장소

3) 대여방법 : 학위복 대여시 졸업생 본인 신분증(필수 지참) 제출

※ 당일 대여 및 반납(교외 불출 금지)

4) 대 여 비 : 무상(단, 학위복 분실 또는 훼손시 현물배상 책임 있음)

6. 이용 방법(사전 신청)

가. 신청 기간 : 4월11일(월)~4월30일(토), 20일간

나. 신청 방법 : 구글 신청 링크에서 사전신청시 방문날짜와 시간을 선택

Commencement Ceremony

1. Reference : Plan to Operate Photo Zone for the 2022 KAIST Commencement

Ceremony (Internal approval, Student Affairs Team-635, 2022. 4. 08)        

2. The operation of photo zones and rental of graduation gown, which were

postponed due to the spread of COVID-19, will be launched temporarily to

help graduates capture precious moments in photography, as the

government has recently moved to seek a step-by-step recovery of daily

routines.

□ Overview of the Operation of Photo Zone for the 2022 KAIST

Commencement Ceremony

1. Eligible users : August 2021 and Feb. 2022 graduates

(Taking a photo with up to 10 persons including family members and

friends is allowed.)

2. Operation period : 6 days (Required to apply in advance)

1st round) May 14 (Sat.) ~ May 15(Sat.), 2022, 2 days(including weekends)

  2nd round) May 21 (Sat.) ~ May 22 (Sun.), 2022, 2 days(including weekends)

    3rd round) May 28 (Sat.) ~ May 29(Sun.), 2022, 2 days(including weekends)

3. Operating hours : 10:00 a.m.~ 06:00 p.m.

Deadline for rental of graduation gown : Until 4 p.m. on the day

4. Locations of photo zone

1) Indoor : Main stage, 1st and 2nd floors of the Sports Complex (N3)

2) Outdoor : Around the Sports Complex (N3); around the KAIST logo

photo zone in front of the Main Administration Bldg. (E14);

and around the duck pond

5. Rental of graduation gown

1) Rental hours : 10:00 a.m. ~ 04:00 p.m. on the day

2) Rental place : Indoor photo zones on the 1st and 2nd floors

of the Sports Complex

3) How to rent : Please submit ID card of the graduate when renting a

graduation gown.

※ Rented gown must be returned on the day.

(Taking the gown out of the campus is prohibited.)

4) Rental fee : Free (However, in case of loss of or damage to a gown,

the relevant student is liable for in-kind compensation.)

6. Prior application for use of photo zone

a. Application period : April 11 (Mon.)~April 30 (Sat.), 2022, 20 days

b. How to apply : Select the visit date/time from the Google link for

prior application

※ To ensure a smooth operation of photo zones, it is encouraged to

apply at least 1 day prior to the intended visit.

7. Request for departmental support and cooperation for the operation of
