2. 위와 관련하여 2018. 8. 26일부 재학년한이 만료되는 석박사과정(통합과정 포함)

   학생의 재학년한 연장(1년) 승인여부 심의(학사연구심의위원회)를 위한 신청 절차를

   아래와 같이 안내하오니 소속 학과/전공의 대상 학생들이 기한 내에 신청할 수 있도록

   협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

가. 대상 : 2018. 8. 26일부 재학년한 만료되는 석박사과정(통합과정 포함) 학생

            (2018년 8월 졸업예정자 제외)

             ※ 대상자 명단은 별도 통보하지 않음.

 

나. 제출서류 : 재학년한 연장 신청서 1부.

 

다. 제출기간 : 2018. 6. 29(금)

 

라. 제출방법 : 학과/전공별로 취합하여 협조문으로 제출

 

마. 제출처 : 교무처(학적팀)

     ※ 해당 학생들이 착오없이 신청 할 수 있도록 안내하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. Graduate students whose prescribed time limit expires as of Aug. 26, 2018 may

   apply for an extension subject to approval by the Academic/Research Review

   Committee. Instructions are provided below.

a. Eligibility : Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose prescribed time

    limit expires as of Aug. 26, 2018. 

    (excluding students expecting graduation in August 2018)

     ※ List of applicable students will not be notified separately. 

 

 

 

b. Required Document: Application for Extention of Prescribed Time Limit

         

c. Deadline : Friday, June 29, 2018

         

d. Submission : Each department/division is to collect and submit an official document

 

e. Where to submit : Office of Academic Affairs (Academic Registrar's Team)
