The operation of photo zones and rental of graduation gown, which were postponed due to the spread of COVID-19, will be launched temporarily to help graduates capture precious moments in photography, as the government has recently moved to seek a step-by-step recovery of daily routines.

Eligible users : August 2020 and Feb. 2021 graduates (Taking a photo with up to 12 persons including family members and friends is allowed.) 2. Operation period : 9 days (required to apply in advance) 1st round) Dec. 3 (Fri.)~Dec. 5 (Sun.), 2021, 3 days (including weekends) 2nd round) Dec. 10 (Fri.)~Dec. 12 (Sun.), 2021, 3 days (including weekends) 3rd round) Dec. 17 (Fri.)~Dec. 19 (Sun.), 2021, 3 days (including weekends) 3. Operating hours : 10:00 a.m. ~ 06:00 p.m. Deadline for rental of graduation gown : Until 4 p.m. on the day 4. Locations of photo zone 1) Indoor : Main stage, 1st floor, Sports Complex (N3) 2) Outdoor : Around the Sports Complex (N3); around the KAIST logo photo zone in front of the Main Administration Bldg. (E14); and around the duck pond 5. Rental of graduation gown 1) Rental hours : 10:00 a.m. ~ 04:00 p.m. on the day 2) Rental place : Indoor photo zone on the 1st floor of the Sports Complex 3) How to rent : Please submit ID card of the graduate when renting a graduation gown. ※ Rented gown must be returned on the day. (Taking the gown out of the campus is prohibited.) 4) Rental fee : Free (However, in case of loss of or damage to a gown, the relevant student is liable for in-kind compensation.) 6.
