본 연구실은 단백질·RNA 복합체와 다중 상태 효소 설계처럼 AI 모델 학습에 필요한 데이터가 충분하지 않은 단백질 설계 문제를 해결하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이를 위해 AI 기반 설계, 실험적 검증, 그리고 반복적인 모델 고도화로 이어지는 폐쇄형 연구 루프를 구축하고, 다양한 방법론에 걸쳐 맞춤형 데이터 생성이 요구되는 시스템의 근본 원리를 규명하고자 합니다.

We aim to address protein design challenges that lack available data for AI model training, such as designing protein and RNA complexes and multi-state enzymes. By establishing a closed loop of AI-based design, experimental testing, and iterative model improvement, we seek to uncover the underlying principles of systems that demand tailored data generation across different methodological approaches.
