우리 연구실은 생체분자 간 상호작용을 기반으로 나노미터 영역에서 나타나는 생화학적 인식 및 선택 기작을 탐구합니다. 주요 연구 대상은 생체분자의 회합으로 형성되는 생체막과 지질 나노입자, 리간드-수용체 복합체, 단백질-생체막 상호작용, 단백질 간 응집현상 등이며, 이를 계산 및 실험 연구를 통해 분석합니다. 나아가 이러한 원리를 백신 및 치료제 개발에 적용하고, 비임상 연계 중개연구로 발전시키고 있습니다.

Our group seeks to understand how biomolecular interactions give rise to biochemical recognition and selectivity at the nanometer scale. We study biological membranes, lipid nanoparticles, ligand–receptor complexes, protein–membrane interfaces, and protein aggregation using computational and experimental approaches. These studies provide a mechanistic foundation for developing vaccines and therapeutics, particularly for infectious diseases and cancer, and for advancing preclinical translational research.
