리보솜 충돌은 세포가 비정상적인 단백질 합성과 스트레스를 감지하는 중요한 분자현상입니다. 본 연구실은 환자 유래 iPSC와 신경세포, 오가노이드 모델을 활용하여, 충돌한 리보솜이 유전자 발현과 스트레스 반응을 통해 신경발달, 신경질환, 노화를 조절하는 새로운 분자생물학적 원리와 인간 질병을 치료할 수 있는 새로운 가능성을 탐색합니다.

Ribosome collision is an important molecular event that enables cells to sense abnormal protein synthesis and cellular stress.
