근골격계는 물리적 자극에 반응하여 전신 대사와 항상성을 조절한다. 본 연구실은 운동, 우주환경, 노화에 따른 근골격계 적응과 장기 간 상호작용을 연구하며, 줄기세포, 근섬유, 동물모델 및 오가노이드를 활용한다. 또한 질량분석 기반 단백질체 분석과 임상 코호트를 연계해 분자 기전과 생리적 의미를 규명한다.

The musculoskeletal system regulates whole-body metabolism and homeostasis in response to physical stimuli. Our lab studies musculoskeletal adaptation and inter-organ communication under exercise, space environments, and aging, using stem cells, muscle fibers, animal models, and organoids. We further integrate mass spectrometry–based proteomics with clinical cohorts to elucidate molecular mechanisms and their physiological relevance.
