The Center for RNA-Mediated Healthy Longevity studies how changes in RNA during the aging process affect aging and longevity. We investigate the evolutionarily conserved roles of mRNA quality control and noncoding RNAs in aging by utilizing C. elegans, cultured mammalian cells, and mice.
