크로마틴 구조는 유전자 발현을 조절하는 핵심 원리이다. 우리 연구실은 크로마틴 리모델러, RNAPII Elongation, 3차원 지놈 구조, 그리고 DNA 초나선이 상호작용하여 전사와 크로마틴 동역학을 어떻게 조절하는지 연구한다.
Chromatin structure is a fundamental determinant of gene expression. Our laboratory studies how chromatin remodelers, RNAPII elongation, three-dimensional genome architecture, and DNA supercoiling interact to regulate transcription and chromatin dynamics.
