2. 각 과정 자퇴 및 제적 학생에 대한 2026학년도 가을학기 재입학 신청 절차를 아래와   같이 안내합니다.

3. 신청 학생의 재입학 관련 서류는 학과/전공의 심사를 거친 후 2026. 6. 26.(금)까지

교무처(학적팀)로 송부하여 주시기 바랍니다.(협조문 제출 및 서류 원본 행낭 제출)

4. 아울러, 박사자격시험 불합격 제적으로 인한 재입학 지원자는 엄정한 심사가 이루어질 수
있도록 심의에 만전을 기해주시기 바랍니다.

가. 재입학 대상 : 학사 및 석·박사과정 학생 중 자퇴, 제적자

나. 재입학원 제출기한 ※ 기한 엄수. 기한 내 제출되지 않은 서류는 접수 절대 불가

1) 학생 제출기간: 2026. 6. 12.(금)까지 학과/전공 사무실에 제출

2) 학과/전공 심사기간: 2026. 6. 13.(토) ~ 2026. 6. 26.(금)

3) 학과/전공 심사결과 학적팀 제출: 2026. 6. 26.(금)까지

다. 재입학 신청 자격

1) 아래에 해당되는 자는 재입학을 신청할 수 없음

- (2008년 입학생까지) 재학연한 만료에 의하여 제적된 자

- (2009년 입학생 이후)재학연한 만료에 의하여 제적된 자 또는 재학연한을 연장한 후
제적 또는 자퇴자

2) 재입학은 자퇴 또는 제적일이 속하는 학기를 포함하여 2학기가 경과하여야 함

(2025학년도 가을학기에 자퇴/제적된 경우, 2025학년도 가을학기, 2026학년도 봄학기

2학기 경과하여 2026학년도 가을학기 재입학 지원 가능)

라. 재입학 신청 및 심의 절차

※ 학사과정 지원자에 대해서는 학생정책처장이 학과/전공에서 추천된 지원자를 면담 심사하고 심사 결과를 학사·연구심의위원회에서 발표함

※ 이전 심의 절차에서 재입학 미추천되거나 불참한 경우, 심의는 종료되며 재심의 불가

※ 원 소속학과와 다른학과로 재입학 지원하는 경우(↓)

마. 학과/전공에서의 재입학 심의 추천

1) 지도교수, 학과장/전공책임교수, 학과/전공 내 교수 1인을 포함한 3인으로 구성된

심의위원회 또는 학과/전공 관련위원회를 구성

2) 지도교수의 의견서, 면학계획서 등을 참고하여 재입학 신청자의 수학능력여부,
잔여재학기간 내 졸업가능여부 등을 종합 심사하여 추천(필요시 학생 인터뷰 추가 진행 가능)

바. 재입학지원서류

1) 재입학원 (지원양식 1) - 학생 제출

2) 면학계획서 (지원양식 2) - 학생 제출

3) 지도(예정)교수 의견서 (지원양식 3) - 지도교수 제출

4) 재입학심의 추천서(지원양식 4) - 학과 제출

5) 성적증명서 - 학생 제출

6) 전과지원서 (지원양식 5) - 학생 제출(원 소속학과와 다른학과로 재입학 지원 시)

7) 학사과정 학과(부) 지원신청서 (지원양식 6) - 학생 제출(새내기과정학부 학생이 학과를
선택하여 재입학 지원 시)

※ 원 소속학과와 다른학과로 지원 시 해당서류를 각 2부씩 준비하여 원 소속학과 및 재입학
지원학과 모두에 제출해야 함

사. 기타 재입학 관련사항

1) 기 취득한 학점은 별도의 인정 절차 없이 성적표에 기재된 모든 학점(성적)을

그대로 인정함

2) 재입학자의 졸업 이수요건은 처음 입학당시의 이수요건을 적용함

3) 재입학자의 재학기간은 각 과정에 처음 입학한 날로부터 기산함

4) 학사경고에 의해 제적된 후 재입학한 학생이 재차 학사경고를 받을 시 제적됨

5) 자격시험 불합격으로 인해 제적된 후 재입학한 학생은 재입학 후 휴학기간을

(1학기의 휴학기간은 제외) 포함하여 1년 이내에 자격시험에 합격하여야 하며,

이 기간이 경과하여도 합격하지 못한 학생은 제적됨

6) 재입학은 1회에 한하며 원 학년 이하에 허가할 수 있음

7) 재입학자의 납입금은 '납입금 징수규정' 에 의거 납부하여야 하며, 재입학연도의

납입금 기준을 따름

Course Registration Procedures

2. Refer to the instructions below on application for readmission in the fall semester

2026 for dropouts and expelled students.

3. Readmission documents must be evaluated by the relevant department/division and
submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs (Academic Registrar's Team) by

Jun. 26 (Fri.), 2026.

4. Also, please make sure that a strict screening is conducted for the candidates who
were expelled due to failure in the PhD qualifying exam.

A. Eligibility: Dropouts and expelled students of undergraduate and graduate programs

B. Deadlines ※ Be punctual. Documents not submitted by the deadline will never be accepted.

1) Submission by Students : Submit to the department/division office by

Jun. 12 (Fri.), 2026.

2) Evalution by Departments/divsions : Jun. 13 (Sat.) ~ Jun. 26 (Fri.), 2026.

3) Submission of Departments/divisions evaluation result to Academic Registrar's Team:

Jun. 26 (Fri.), 2026.

C. Conditions for readmission

1) Students who belong to the following categories are not eligible for readmission.

- (Up to students enrolled in 2008) Those who are expelled for exceeding
enrollment duration limit.

- (Starting from students enrolled in 2009) Those who are expelled for exceeding
enrollment duration limit or who are expelled or voluntarily withdraw after getting
enrollment duration limit extended.

2) Readmission is possible after 2 semesters including the semester in which dropping
out or expulsion occurred.(If a student drops out or is expelled from the fall

semester 2025, the student can apply for readmission to the fall semester 2026)

D. Readmission application and review procedures

※ For undergraduate students, the Dean of Student Affairs and Policy will interview the recommended candidate and results will be announcedt hrough the Academic and Research Review Committee.

※ If you are not recommended for readmission or fail to attend in the previous

deliberation process, the deliberation will be terminated and re-deliberation will not

be possible.

※ Readmission with changing of major (↓)

E. Recommendation for readmission by department/division

The candidate is evaluated on academic capacity, remaining number of semesters,

and possibility of graduation based on the advisor's opinion on readmission and
future study plan by a three-member review committee consisting of the advisor,
department/division head, and department/division rofessor or a department/division

-related committee. (In case of need, a department may interview an applicant.)

F. Required documents for readmission

1) Application for readmission (application form 1) - submitted by applicant

2) Future study Plan (application form 2) - submitted by applicant

3) Opinion of advisor on readmission (application form 3) - submitted by advisor

4) Recommendation for readmission (application form 4) - submitted by department

5) Academic transcript - submitted by applicant

6) Application for department transfer (application form 5) - submitted by

applicant (Change a major)

7) Declaration of major(undergraduate) (application form 6) - submitted by

applicant (Declare a major)

※ Students applying for readmission to a different department shall prepare two copies
each, and submit to both the current and new departments.

G. Other matters concerning readmission

1) Previously earned credits shall be automatically recognized without any separate
procedures.

2) Graduation requirements for readmitted students shall be the same as requirements
applied in the initial year of admission.

3) The prescribed years of study shall be counted from the date of initial admission.

4) Students readmitted after expulsion due to accumulated academic warnings will
be expelled upon receiving an academic warning.

5) Students expelled for failing the qualifying exam must pass the exam within one
year of readmission, and will face expulsion if requirements are not met.

This period may be extended by up to one semester if a leave of absence is taken.

6) Students can be readmitted only once and will only be accepted to the original
academic year or lower.

7) Tuition for readmitted students shall follow the rules on 'Imposition of Tuition Fees'

and shall comply with the tuition fee standard for the year of readmission.
